Great location near bus stop and Gion area.

Equal parts impressive and disappointing

The room was lovely, clean, and calming, with full-length windows offering great views and light. The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing the experience throughout the stay.

Sound from the street could be bothersome, and I noticed a lack of luggage storage which made things a bit cluttered.

Room cleaning could use a serious upgrade!!! Uneven bathroom floor was alarming, windows shouldn't be sealed for ventilation, and some basic luggage storage options would make a huge difference!!! It’s cramped enough without adding clutter!!!

The hotel provided a lovely touch with a complimentary mobile phone for internet access. Its peaceful location was perfect for exploring Gion, and I particularly enjoyed the ample natural light from the vertical windows.

No issues, fulfills its purpose. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a self-help water machine and a complimentary coffee station in the lobby.

Fantastic location! Easy stroll to the lively Gion district, super friendly staff, and our room boasted a great view. It totally felt like being in the heart of things, just a hop away from awesome spots.

Curtains could use some work, but I hear they’re on it! Slightly tight on space if you have luggage, but we managed just fine with backpacks.

I stayed 8 nights in a Queen Room Private Bathroom Non-Smoking. The location is excellent, just steps from a bus stop, making it very easy to explore the area. The staff were helpful throughout my stay, and checking in and out was a hassle-free experience. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city, which added to the positive atmosphere.

The location is fantastic, just steps from a bus stop, making exploring the area easy. The room was exceptionally clean and well-organized, featuring a desk and a minibar. A great perk is the lobby with complimentary coffee and water. While the air conditioning struggled to keep the room warm enough in February, the owners thoughtfully provided an extra air heater for comfort. However, room size is quite compact, which may not suit everyone's needs.
